Alfred Pennyworth is Bruce Wayne's loyal butler who assists his employer in his duties, both as Bruce Wayne and as the Batman. He had previously worked for Bruce's parents, Thomas and Martha Wayne, until their deaths.
Personality[]
Alfred is the butler of the Wayne family and primary caregiver for both Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson. After Thomas and Martha Wayne were murdered, Alfred did not act as a father toward Bruce, feeling it was not his place and maintained the distance of a proper English butler. It has been one of his biggest regrets, and his behavior towards Dick and Barbara is vastly different because of it.
Physical Appearance[]
Alfred is a slim man, with gray hair and a mustache. He typically wears a three-piece suit, a black jacket, a maroon vest, and a white long-sleeved shirt with a black tie.

Batman[]

Nightwing and Alfred have a very good friendship even though Dick sometimes gets on his nurves of disobeys Alfred's orders. When Nightwing and Zatanna fall out, Alfred usually gives Dick good relationship tips possibly meaning that he was once like Dick.
Batgirl[]

Batgirl and Alfred have a good relationship and Batgirl always treats Alfred like her grandfather. She always hugs him and loves to see him.
