Dawn of the Knight is the sequel to Francis Ford Coppola's Into the Knight based of Bob Kane's Batman The movie features Francis Ford Coppola directing and upcoming screenplay writer Alexandre Morel on the storyboard, assisted by Larry J Franco. Stars of the film include Alex Pettyfer as Dick Grayson/Nightwing, Tristian Wilds as Tim Drake/ Robin Mach II and James McAvoy as Jeremiah Arkham/Black Mask.

The movie was filmed in 2013, almost immediately after the release of Into the Knight, fortunately without any fires that destroyed the entire set.
